Learn to play the didgeridoo!

The didgeridoo is an Australian Aboriginal instrument, traditionally made from a stick of eucalyptus.

Playing the didge has a number of benefits, including increased lung capacity and breath control. A recent scientific study reports that playing the didgeridoo may help relieve sleep apnia.

Playing the didgeridoo is intensely meditative, calms the mind, and is a wonderful tool for mindful stress relief.

In this workshop, you’ll learn basic didgeridoo techniques, special effects, and be introduced to circular breathing.

The cost of this 90 minute workshop is $20 for non-members, $15 for members.
