‘Embrace Yourself’ Fall Yoga Retreat

The straw bale lodge at Narrow Ridge has scenic views across a rural valley.
Narrow Ridge is about an hour north of Knoxville, TN in a rustic setting with no Internet connection and no cell phone reception. This is the perfect opportunity to get away from it all and get to know yourself in the beauty of the Tennessee hills.
We will cook and clean together. We’ll sleep in bunk beds. Amenities are extremely simple.
Fall leaves are sure to be vibrant, however, and the views from the straw bale lodge where we’ll be staying are breathtaking.

Here’s a tentative schedule. All activities are optional, so feel free to read a book, journal, or sleep in a hammock, or wander in the woods instead…
Friday, October 23
12pm Meet at New Moon to carpool and/or caravan. You may also drive up later on your own.
