Embodyment Yoga Therapy with Ryoko on March 6

Ryoko Suzuki is offering a Neck and Back Care Yoga Workshop at New Moon Yoga LLC in Knoxville on Saturday, March 6th 1:30-3:30, and has three times available for private Embodyment® Yoga Therapy sessions after the workshop.

Embodyment® Yoga Therapy is the therapeutic technique of Svaroopa Yoga®. It is a very gentle yet deep hands-on healing modality that releases chronic tension that regular yoga practice may never touch.
